About me
I’m Aubrieana, and I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about discovering the beauty that has always been there, waiting. My path has been shaped by moments of both light and darkness, from working through trauma to navigating breast cancer at 35, an experience that rewrote my understanding of strength and surrender. Along the way, yoga, mindfulness, and creativity became my lifelines, guiding me back to myself when I felt lost.
My passion for trauma-sensitive healing began in a mental health clinic, where I created a program called “Yoga for Mental Health.” It was here that I learned how deeply the body carries the stories of the mind, and how compassion—toward ourselves and others—can be a powerful bridge to healing. I earned my RYT-200 in Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra in 2015, but it wasn’t until I faced my own medical trauma that these practices took on new meaning. Breath by breath, I found strength when I thought I had none. Now, I want to help others find their strength too, especially those facing illness, loss, or trauma.
To me, wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about the small, sacred moments when we reconnect with ourselves—the gentle exhale that releases tension, the gaze in the mirror that softens with acceptance, the movement that reminds us we are alive and worthy. Wellness is the courage to embrace our full selves, even when we feel fragile.
Photography is another way I celebrate that courage. I love capturing the raw, untamed beauty of others—the way a laugh crinkles the eyes or how a scar tells a story of survival. Through boudoir photography, I invite you to see yourself through a lens of love, to recognize the strength and softness coexisting within you.
I don’t see myself as a teacher standing above you but as someone walking beside you, sharing this winding journey. Together, we can explore what it means to heal, to grow, and to reclaim the parts of yourself you may have forgotten or hidden away. You are already enough. I’m simply here to remind you.
